Below is a list of varied activities one could do that would closely equate to 1 mile of walking. 20 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise
20 minutes of garden or lawn work. 10 minutes of dancing 20 minutes of racquet sports 20 minutes of paddling 10-12 minutes of running. 1 mile of swimming = 4 miles of walking Biking will get credit for actual miles. Hey, that’s a bonus! |
